The main floor was dedicated to the formal Living room and Kitchen. The second floor became the guest suite and offices. The third floor, connected to the rooftop, became the master suite which includes a bedroom, full custom walk-in closet and a complete sitting room with a linear gas fireplace and kitchenette which gives direct access to the bbq area on the rooftop.

Located in the heart of DC, this 4000 sq foot row house was completely gutted before NF Interiors provided all the architectural layouts and floor plans to provide a high end yet comfortable residence as well as office space for a renowned DC builder.

The builder requested a cosy yet stark interior for his “ bachelor pad” with all the comforts for entertaining and working from home. NF Interiors selected luxury products combined with natural and earthy accents to create different layers in this 4 level very open floor plan.
